Kass & Zitlali

Kass and Zitlali, are our outgoing President and Vice President. They served on the 2025 Executive Committee, and in many ways they have each become a reason for everyone in this chapters “why phi mu?”. Kass and Zitlali went to high school together and later reconnected through Phi Mu, they serve as role models, and their strong friendship full of unconditional love has set the best example to our entire chapter of what it means to be Phi Mu Ladies. They have been there to listen to every sister, laugh with every sister, encourage every sister, and leave their legacy on every sister. When Kass and Zitlali became Phi Mu alumni this past weekend, there was not a dry eye in the room. Kass and Zitlali’s Big/Little family’s decorated Kass’s room to surprise them, not cause they had to, but because this is how we show love in Phi Mu, by showing for each other and loving each other in acts of kindness. The love we have shown Kass and Zitlali is a testament to their leadership and the type of leader that you are shaped into because of Phi Mu. They are leaving behind an incredible legacy and a sisterhood that they have helped shape. We know what its like to have true love in our bond of sisterhood because we show that love through our actions.
